High ropes - height restriction applies minimum height 1.25cm
Each session is based on a time of approximately 90 minutes. The first 30 minutes prior to the activity is for a compulsory safety briefing and harness fitting. Including two quick jump descents.

Climbing wall - no height or age restriction
Quick jump - no height or age restriction
