Sky Reach

Customer notice:

Following the Government’s partial easing of lockdown in England we have made preparations to reopen when it is deemed safe. This has included a thorough risk assessment of the possible hazards.

The good news is that we are very confident that we will be able to operate Sky Reach safely, whilst observing all the COVID-19 government safety guidance.

Some of the changes we will put in place are:

• limiting sizes of groups
• additional water and soap or sanitiser hand washing stations for customers and our team
• social distancing of 2m on the ground and in the treetops
• the ability for customers to wear face coverings and gloves should they prefer
• family bubbles will be allowed to participate together in line with our existing guidelines.

Whilst in lockdown we have been busy and have extended our lower course by adding an extra easy access bridge. This will enable us to spread clients out and allow social distancing.
